Muvy is a movie and TV tracking app. You can log what you watch, build lists, follow other users, and explore titles. Some features require an account. Some features require a paid Muvy Pro subscription.

The muvyapp.com website provides read-only previews of shared links and directs interactive actions to the mobile app.

Muvy is a platform for organizing and discussing movies and TV shows. We do not provide streaming content, and we do not control the availability, pricing, or quality of movies, series, or streaming services shown through third-party data.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Muvy. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You may sign in with Apple, Google, or email. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use Muvy for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.
• Upload or share content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
• Post abusive, harassing, misleading, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or use a username or profile information that violates someone else's rights.
• Share another person's private information without permission.

You retain ownership of content you create in Muvy, such as lists, logs, ratings, favorites, profile information, profile photos, cover photos, comments, and other activity. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content as needed to operate, maintain, and improve Muvy.

This license includes showing public share previews on muvyapp.com when your profile or list is not private, displaying your activity to other users according to your privacy settings, and preserving technical copies needed for backups and service reliability.

You are responsible for what you choose to make public. You can control visibility through in-app privacy settings.

We may remove content or restrict accounts if we believe content violates these Terms, creates legal risk, or harms other users or the service.

Movie and TV metadata, ratings, images, streaming availability, keywords, awards information, and related information may come from third-party services such as TMDB and Trakt or from publicly available sources. That content is provided for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee that third-party metadata, ratings, images, release information, streaming availability, or pricing will always be accurate, complete, available, or up to date.

Muvy is not endorsed by or affiliated with TMDB, Trakt, IMDb, Rotten Tomatoes, Letterboxd, streaming platforms, or other third-party providers. Availability and pricing shown in the app may change without notice.

Muvy Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account, not directly by us.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device account settings: on iOS, Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

If you cancel, you will usually keep access to Muvy Pro until the end of the current paid billing period, unless Apple or Google applies a different rule under their policies or applicable law.

Refunds, chargebacks, billing disputes, and payment issues are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. We do not process subscription refunds directly.

Muvy offers a free tier with core tracking features and optional paid Pro features. Pro features may include enhanced ratings, advanced sorting and filtering, expanded lists and favorites, keyword discovery, where-to-watch information, award and collection browsing, and a Pro badge.

Feature availability may change over time. If a paid feature becomes unavailable due to billing, platform, data provider, or technical issues, free features will continue to work where possible.

We may suspend or terminate access to Muvy if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or harm to others or to Muvy.

You may stop using Muvy at any time and delete your account from Settings. Account deletion is permanent.

Muvy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that metadata, ratings, or streaming availability information will always be accurate, complete, or up to date.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the laws that apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hasan Aydın will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Muvy.

Our total liability for any claim related to Muvy will not exceed the amount you paid us for Muvy Pro in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50 if you have not paid for a subscription.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Turkey will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Muvy after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
